Breast Augmentation: Augmentation mammoplasty places implants to increase fullness and improve symmetry of the breasts, or to restore breast volume after weight loss or pregnancy. General anesthesia is required and incisions can be placed under the breast, around the nipple or in the axilla (arm pit), depending on patient preference. We offer all types of implants (smooth, textured, round, shaped, saline, silicone) and will help you choose the best implant for you. Recovery takes ten days to two weeks, depending on your activity level.

 

Breast Lift: Mastopexy, or breast lift, raises the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour. Incisions (and scarring) can be minimal, simply around the nipple, or extensive depending on the extent of droop (ptosis). General anesthesia is required and recovery is usually about one week.
